April Vinopal, PA-C

Originally from Oil City, PA, April completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at Gannon University to become a physician assistant and completed her clinical training in a variety of required clinical settings through Western and Central Pennsylvania. April completed her master’s degree from the University of Nebraska.

Before joining Valley Gastroenterology in the spring of 2003, April gained experience as a Physician Assistant in surgery and trauma.

April participates in continuing medical education seminars and conferences annually as well as maintaining membership in the Academy of Physician Assistants. Beyond her required Board Certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants, she also maintains certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Trauma Life Support.

April enjoys spending time with her family. Her interests include gardening and cooking.
